The route starting from Cisnădie takes hikers on the ridge of the Cindrel mountains, offering them the wonderful view over Sibiu and the neighbouring localities. Over a 55-km distance, the trail following the Red Band mark takes hikers hiking along to the Măgura Peak, to Cindrel Peak, through Șaua Bătrâna and by Iezerele Cindrelului, constantly disclosing views to the basins of the valleys of Sadu, Frumoasa, and Râu Sadului.
