Șaua Bătrâna reveals at the main peak, at 1,863 m, a beautiful view over Sibiu and Făgăraș Mountains. Nearby, hikers who want to deviate from the classic route over a short stretch can climb briefly on Surdului Peak or on Bătrâna Peak for some spectacular views.
