Dudi Presecan is originally from Mândra, Loamneș commune. He lived in Barcelona with his wife and he has now returned home, wanting to open a restaurant. That is how “La Muma” Bakery was born, a place inspired from the art of baking bread passed on by Dudi’s mother and grandmother. He now uses flour from the wheat he grows and makes sweet bread (cozonac) with walnuts and other fillings, as well as Henklesch. All these are baked in a wood-fired oven. We believe that you cannot possibly resist a loaf of white bread, wholewheat bread, whole rye bread, or a seed bread, if you are in the area.
