Local Food Hub at the Hennings: Picnic pack and brunch in a traditional yard, for groups

The hosts from Cisnădioara, the Hennings, who live at house number 150, are famous for their delicious Henklesch or top-quality schnapps. They have been authorized as a local food hub since 2019 and they are among the pioneers of Saxon specialties, cooked just like in the old cookbooks. While you are there, don’t miss the home-made cognac, whose fame exceeds the Hills of Transylvania.
