Dear lovers of #LiberInAerLiber,
We invite you to a new trail running tour on the trails around Cisnădioara, on a route that combines running in nature with spectacular views of the surroundings.
The route is suitable for runners who already have minimum experience in mountain running and a good level of physical fitness.
We will enjoy movement, fresh air and the atmosphere of an active community, in a relaxed and friendly tour, without the pressure of competition.

WHERE AND WHEN DO WE MEET?
We meet tomorrow, at 17:30, in the parking lot of Jacob’s Grillhouse Restaurant (near Sibiu Zoo).
REQUIRED EQUIPMENT
Route: Cisnădioara
Distance: 10 km
Elevation gain: +400 m
Route difficulty: medium
ECHIPAMENT NECESAR
- Mountain running shoes, with good grip – no hiking boots!
- Minimum 300 ml of water.
- Rain jacket.
Depending on weather conditions, the following are also recommended:
- Windbreaker;
- Running vest;
- Energy bars or gels.
COSTS
The trail running activity is free of charge and takes place in partnership with Sibiu Mountain Sports Club.

– The route configuration and length will be adjusted according to weather conditions and the homogeneity/heterogeneity of the group.
– The organizer (guide) reserves the right to refuse participants who are not appropriately equipped or who have inadequate physical condition.
– Tours are conducted under safe conditions and with a minimum number of participants. The organizer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel tours without prior notice if these conditions are not met.
– Ticket refunds are only provided in case the organizer (guide) cancels the hike.

The “Anii Drumeției” Program is initiated and funded by the Sibiu County Council in collaboration with the Sibiu County Tourism Association. Its main purpose is to improve hiking infrastructure in the county and promote activities specific to ecotourism.
