Dear hiker,
The immunity boost is a revitalizing experience that combines outdoor movement with natural practices. The easy hike takes us through the hills surrounding the village of Veseud, along lesser-known paths, through hayfields and small forest patches, offering wide panoramas over Transylvanian villages, the Făgăraș Mountains and the Hârtibaciu Valley – an area known for its biodiversity and tranquility.
At the end, we take part in a sea buckthorn workshop, where we discover the benefits of this plant and prepare simple immunity-boosting products.

ROUTE INFORMATION
Level: easy
Elevation gain: 200 m
Distance: 6-10 km (can be adjusted depending on group preferences)
Hiking duration: 2.5 – 3 hours
Total experience duration: 5 – 6 hours
Optional: the hike can be extended.
REQUIRED EQUIPMENT
spare T-shirts, socks and trousers, hiking boots, rain poncho, waterproof jacket and trousers, hat, gloves, headlamp (recommended), gaiters if there is deep snow (recommended), magnesium, whistle, water bottle or tea (min. 1.5 liters), snack for the hike (optional).

– The route configuration and length will be adjusted according to weather conditions and the homogeneity/heterogeneity of the group.
– The organizer (guide) reserves the right to refuse participants who are not appropriately equipped or who have inadequate physical condition.
– Tours are conducted under safe conditions and with a minimum number of participants. The organizer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel tours without prior notice if these conditions are not met.
– Ticket refunds are only provided in case the organizer (guide) cancels the hike.
