Dear Hikers,
On Sunday, November 24, we’re setting off on a new adventure along the Via Transilvanica. We’ll start from Mediaș by car, but our trail begins in Stejărenii, near Sighișoara, heading westward. Our final destination is Mălâncrav, with a stop along the way to visit the Bethlen Castle in Criș. We’ll also explore the fortified church in Mălâncrav, a Saxon church with extensive pre-Reformation murals.
This is an easy hike but covers a long distance of 15 km. We’ll pass through forests and pastures, walk along hilltops, and enjoy stunning views, making this an all-day outing.
