Dear hikers,
We invite you to an e-bike tour on Via Transilvanica, dedicated to beginner-to-intermediate level participants.
We will ride on one of the most beautiful sections of Via Transilvanica, on dirt roads, forest roads and easy trails, at a relaxed pace. The tour is suitable for those who want to discover riding an electric bike or spend an active day in nature, without needing advanced experience.
WHERE AND WHEN DO WE MEET?

For participants who do not have their own transport, the meeting point is the parking lot of Thalia Hall in Sibiu, at 10:00, from where we will leave together towards the starting point of the route.
REQUIRED EQUIPMENT
- Bike helmet;
- Waterproof mountain boots;
- Clothing adapted to the season, in several layers;
- Thermal layer;
- Buff and gloves;
- Spare T-shirt and socks;
- Bottle with water or tea (minimum 1 litre);
- Food and fruit.
Recommended:
- Bike/sunglasses;
- Bike gloves.
COSTS
- 100 lei/person – guiding and instruction;
- 100 lei/person – electric bike rental, for participants who do not own one;
- For children up to 14 years old, the participation cost is 60 lei, if accompanied by an adult.
The tour will take place with a minimum of 4 participants.

Note:
– The route configuration and length will be adjusted according to weather conditions and the homogeneity/heterogeneity of the group.
– The organizer (guide) reserves the right to refuse participants who are not appropriately equipped or who have inadequate physical condition.
– Tours are conducted under safe conditions and with a minimum number of participants. The organizer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel tours without prior notice if these conditions are not met.
– Ticket refunds are only provided in case the organizer (guide) cancels the hike.

I acknowledge that the photos may be used for promotional purposes, both online and in printed materials, within the “Anii Drumeției” Program to promote it. I declare under my own responsibility that, to the best of my knowledge, I am physically capable of sustained physical effort during hiking events without jeopardizing my health in any way. My participation in this event is entirely voluntary, understanding the associated risks to which I expose myself.

The “Anii Drumeției” Program is initiated and funded by the Sibiu County Council in collaboration with the Sibiu County Tourism Association. Its main purpose is to improve hiking infrastructure in the county and promote activities specific to ecotourism.
