Dear hikers,
I propose the hike Turnu Roșu Monastery – Chica Pietrelor Peak (1606 m), via Corbului Saddle.
It is a medium-intensity hike that takes you through cool forests and quiet meadows up to Chica Pietrelor Peak, from where a superb panorama of the entire Sibiu Depression opens up. Along the way we encounter: gentle ascents, but also steeper sections, and a picturesque little meadow – perfect for relaxation and snacks (break).
Fairytale landscapes, fresh air, great people, and a Samoyed with a constant smile will make your day unforgettable. Let yourself be guided by the mountain, the stories, and Hopi’s little paws.
WHERE AND WHEN DO WE MEET?

08:00 – In the parking lot in front of the Hervis store (Selimbar Mall).

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT
Mountain boots; Long pants; Thermos with tea, water bottle (min. 1L); Hat; Gloves; Rain/wind clothes, in multiple layers; Sunscreen; Cap/buff; Spare shirt; Down jacket (warm jacket); Snacks (sandwiches, bars, fruits).

TRANSPORTATION
Transport is arranged individually, with costs covered by each participant. If you want to join the hike and do not have a car, after purchasing the ticket you can contact the guide to be put in touch with other participants who might offer you a ride.
