Dear hikers,
We set off on a hike curious and eager to explore and push our limits.
The ascent to Bărcaciu Chalet offers us spectacular autumn landscapes, time for reflection and connection with nature and with our fellow hikers.
It is a hike that may challenge beginners, but they will surely complete it successfully.
Once at the top, we enjoy the view, stories, and a cup of mountain herbal tea gathered by the chalet hosts.

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT
Mountain boots, Long pants; Water bottle (min. 2L); Rain/wind clothes, in multiple layers; Sunscreen; Cap/buff; Spare shirt; Snacks (sandwiches, bars, fruits).

TRANSPORTATION
Transport is arranged individually, with costs covered by each participant. If you want to join the hike and do not have a car, after purchasing the ticket you can contact the guide to be put in touch with other participants who might offer you a ride.

– The route configuration and length will be adjusted according to weather conditions and the homogeneity/heterogeneity of the group.
– The organizer (guide) reserves the right to refuse participants who are not appropriately equipped or who have inadequate physical condition.
– Tours are conducted under safe conditions and with a minimum number of participants. The organizer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel tours without prior notice if these conditions are not met.
– Ticket refunds are only provided in case the organizer (guide) cancels the hike.

The “Anii Drumeției” Program is initiated and funded by the Sibiu County Council in collaboration with the Sibiu County Tourism Association. Its main purpose is to improve hiking infrastructure in the county and promote activities specific to ecotourism.
