Dear hikers,
We invite you to an adventure-filled afternoon dedicated to children and adults, as part of the “First Steps in Climbing” workshop, held in the Cisnădioara climbing area.
During the workshop, you will discover the basics of climbing and rappelling in a safe and friendly environment. We will learn how to use the specific equipment correctly, how to tie into the rope, the main knots used in climbing and the safety rules on which this sport is based. At the end, each participant will have the opportunity to experience rappelling and their first movements on the rock, under the guidance of the guide.
The workshop is suitable for both children and adults, whether or not they have previous climbing experience.
