Dear lovers of #LiberInAerLiber (Free in the Open Air)
Do you feel like trying trail running?
Join me on Suru Peak! We will leave by car from Kaufland, Șelimbăr, and start with a more sustained climb from Sebeșul de Sus, Valea Moașei, on the athletes’ trail.
Depending on the pace, we may or may not reach the peak.
The run is suitable ONLY for people with good physical fitness.
WHERE AND WHEN DO WE MEET?
Saturday morning, at 8:00, in the Kaufland parking lot, in Șelimbăr.

Distance: 15 km
Elevation gain: 1400D+
Route difficulty: medium to difficult
Duration: approximately 4 hours
REQUIRED EQUIPMENT
Mountain running shoes, with good grip – no hiking boots!
Depending on weather conditions: windbreaker, running vest, bars or gels, poles. In case of rain: running jacket min. 20000, gloves.
COSTS
The trail running activity is free of charge and takes place in partnership with Clubul Sportiv Montan Sibiu.
Registrations are made directly at the guide’s phone number.

Note:
– The route configuration and length will be adjusted according to weather conditions and the homogeneity/heterogeneity of the group.
– The organizer (guide) reserves the right to refuse participants who are not appropriately equipped or who have inadequate physical condition.
– Tours are conducted under safe conditions and with a minimum number of participants. The organizer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel tours without prior notice if these conditions are not met.
– Ticket refunds are only provided in case the organizer (guide) cancels the hike.

The “Anii Drumeției” Program is initiated and funded by the Sibiu County Council in collaboration with the Sibiu County Tourism Association. Its main purpose is to improve hiking infrastructure in the county and promote activities specific to ecotourism.
