Dear hikers,
We will set off from Cisnădioara, from Gozelinus Square, and head northwest toward the roadside cross on the hill between Cisnădioara and Rășinari. From the cross, we will change direction toward the south, climb past the wildlife observation tower, and after the intersection of the trails marked with PR and PA, we will descend on a path directly into Valea Argintului, which we will follow back toward the village.
In the Piatra Broaștei area, we will take a longer break and organize a mountain workshop for the little ones, as well as for the other participants. We will talk about the equipment a hiker should have in the mountains, the rules to follow when looking for a camping spot, and we will learn how to set up and pack away a tent. And since we are simulating the setup of a mini-camp, we will also learn how to make a fire pit, safely light a fire, then roast some small sausages on skewers and prepare marshmallows over the flame. After the workshop, we will put out the fire, leave the place as we found it, and then return to the starting point.
The hike is very easy, suitable for all people with a minimum level of physical fitness and for children aged at least 5.
WHERE AND WHEN DO WE MEET?
We meet in the morning, at 9:30, in the parking lot of Pensiunea Dumbrava Sibiului, near the Hilton Hotel
From there we will travel by personal cars to Cisnădioara, where we will park in Gozelinus Square.

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT
Waterproof hiking shoes with good grip;
Season-appropriate clothing, including a final waterproof layer;
Small daypack; a light blanket to sit on during the workshop;
Spare T-shirt or base layer;
Cap / hat, sunglasses;
Water bottle, minimum 1 l.;
An energy bar or a piece of fruit would also be welcome.
Trekking poles can be helpful.
TRANSPORTATION
We can provide round-trip transportation for a limited number of people. To reserve a seat, please contact us by phone at 0722-177001 after completing the registration.
After the registration process is completed, the guide will create a WhatsApp group where we will organize and redistribute participants among the cars of those coming by car. Transportation costs will be shared jointly by the occupants of each respective car.
COSTS
70 RON/adult, 40 RON/pupil or student, 20 RON/child between 5 and 10 years old.
The hike will take place with a minimum of 8 adult participants. Children between 5 and 14 years old may participate, provided each child is accompanied by an adult. Parents are responsible for assessing the difficulty of the route for their children.

– The organizer (guide) reserves the right to refuse participants who are not appropriately equipped or who have inadequate physical condition.
– Tours are conducted under safe conditions and with a minimum number of participants. The organizer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel tours without prior notice if these conditions are not met.
– Ticket refunds are only provided in case the organizer (guide) cancels the hike.
