A different kind of hike to MGS Cabin!
We won’t be taking the classic route, but instead will explore the forests between Cisnădioara and Rășinari, climb rocks with spectacular views (near Cisnădioara), pass by Prislop, stop at Cabana Rosengarten, and enjoy a full loop through nature.
15 km sprinkled with MANY viewpoints, good vibes, and unforgettable moments!

WHERE AND WHEN DO WE MEET?

ROUTE INFORMATION
Distance: 15 km
Elevation gain: + / – 800 m
Trail difficulty: Medium / Hard (for beginners)
Hike duration: 6 hours
Experience duration: 8-9 hours, with generous breaks
REQUIRED EQUIPMENT
Hiking boots, long trousers; Water bottle (minimum 2l); Rain/wind jacket, multiple layers; Sunscreen; Cap/buff; Spare shirt; Snacks

Adult – 90 lei
Child – 30 lei
TRANSPORTATION
Transport is self-organized, with costs covered by each participant. If you wish to join but don’t have a car, after purchasing your ticket you can contact the guide to be put in touch with other participants who might offer you a ride.

– The route configuration and length will be adjusted according to weather conditions and the homogeneity/heterogeneity of the group.
– The organizer (guide) reserves the right to refuse participants who are not appropriately equipped or who have inadequate physical condition.
– Tours are conducted under safe conditions and with a minimum number of participants. The organizer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel tours without prior notice if these conditions are not met.
– Ticket refunds are only provided in case the organizer (guide) cancels the hike.

The “Anii Drumeției” Program is initiated and funded by the Sibiu County Council in collaboration with the Sibiu County Tourism Association. Its main purpose is to improve hiking infrastructure in the county and promote activities specific to ecotourism.
