Dear hikers,
On Sunday, May 11, we celebrate spring with a hike taking place very close to the geographical center of the country! For 3 hours, we will walk on the hills of Veseud (near Agnita), and at the end, we will rest and enjoy a soup at “Grădina cu de toate.”
More than just rest, we will take part in a sea buckthorn workshop and delight our taste buds with a chim soup with dumplings and a cornmeal pie.
WHERE AND WHEN DO WE MEET?
Meeting and departure from Mediaș
At 9:30 AM, in front of Mediaș Train Station.
You can get to Mediaș by train from Sibiu (departure at 8:00 AM, ticket costs 11 lei)
or
Meeting in Veseud (near Agnita)
At 10:45 AM, near the fortified church in Veseud

Price (with transport from Mediaș): 170 lei/adult. Includes guiding, meal (soup, dessert, 1 drink), transport.
Child price: 130 lei. Includes guiding, meal, transport.
Price (meeting in Veseud): 110 lei/adult. Includes guiding, meal.

– The route configuration and length will be adjusted according to weather conditions and the homogeneity/heterogeneity of the group.
– The organizer (guide) reserves the right to refuse participants who are not appropriately equipped or who have inadequate physical condition.
– Tours are conducted under safe conditions and with a minimum number of participants. The organizer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel tours without prior notice if these conditions are not met.
– Ticket refunds are only provided in case the organizer (guide) cancels the hike.

The “Anii Drumeției” Program is initiated and funded by the Sibiu County Council in collaboration with the Sibiu County Tourism Association. Its main purpose is to improve hiking infrastructure in the county and promote activities specific to ecotourism.
