Dear Hikers,
We will start at the edge of the town of Cisnădie, from the Cisnădie Services Complex on Livezii Street (where we will park the cars), and follow the forest road marked with a red stripe towards Cantonul lui Marinică. From there, we will turn southeast, initially following the contour line, before making a right turn along the marked path and starting a steeper ascent. We will make a short detour to visit the buried shelter beneath Vf. Măgura, then return to the path and climb for another 15 minutes to the peak, where we will enjoy stunning panoramic views of the surroundings.
After a 15–20 minute break, we will descend along the red cross trail back to Cantonul lui Marinică and finally to our starting point.
The hike is suitable for individuals with basic physical fitness and for children aged 8 and older who have experience with trails involving significant elevation gain.
WHERE AND WHEN DO WE MEET?
We will meet in the morning at 8:55 AM in the parking lot of the DECATHLON store at Shopping City Șelimbăr, to organize and depart by 9:00 AM.
From there, we will drive our personal cars on the route Sibiu – Cisnădie, parking at the edge of the town. After the hike, we will retrieve the cars from the same location.

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT
Hiking boots with good grip and snow resistance.
Weather-appropriate clothing: technical base layer, a fleece, and a waterproof and windproof outer layer; spare t-shirt or base layer; hat and gloves; gaiters.
Small hiking backpack, sunglasses.
Bottle of water/tea, at least 1 liter.
Snack for the trail.
Trekking poles can be very helpful.
TRANSPORTATION
We can provide round-trip transport for a limited number of participants. To reserve a spot, please contact us by phone at 0722-177001 after completing your registration.
After registration is finalized, the guide will create a WhatsApp group for organizing and redistributing participants into cars. Transportation costs will be shared among the car occupants in agreement with the driver.
COSTS
70 lei/adult or child over 14 years old
Free for children aged 8–14
The tour will take place with a minimum of 10 adult participants.
Children aged 8 and older can join, provided they are accompanied by an adult (parents are responsible for assessing the difficulty of the trail for their children).

– The route configuration and length will be adjusted according to weather conditions and the homogeneity/heterogeneity of the group.
– The organizer (guide) reserves the right to refuse participants who are not appropriately equipped or who have inadequate physical condition.
– Tours are conducted under safe conditions and with a minimum number of participants. The organizer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel tours without prior notice if these conditions are not met.
– Ticket refunds are only provided in case the organizer (guide) cancels the hike.
